The letter should speak about a time when you received or delivered high quality customer service. This can be anywhere from a few sentences to a few paragraphs, but it will give us a great sense of what you value in a customer service interaction.

Bartender - TWH Social

Located right underneath the iconic Walper Hotel, TWH Social restaurant is situated in the heart of downtown Kitchener, and a part of a vibrant community that includes coffee bistros, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and museums

We want energetic, genuine individuals who thrive on authentic interactions with all types of people. You recognize alcohol as a the most important meal of the day, and view coffee as a time-honoured tradition. You will ensure our guests have the best experience by serving them a hearty dose of cheer with every plate, and by upholding the consistency of our superior service standards.
